About Me

My Story

My passion for the body began while studying for my degree, a BA Honours in Musical Theatre at the Guildford School of Acting, which began expanding my knowledge of the freedoms and limitations of the body.

After graduating I joined a company called The HandleBards, the world’s first female cycling Shakespeare company, and cycled a total of 1,100 miles from London to Edinburgh on a trusty Pashley bike. We toured the rolling hills of the UK, pulling the set, props and costumes behind our bikes! I pushed my body and mind to extremes in those four months on the road, igniting something within me, physically and mentally. I found the perfect way to keep that fire lit by training as a spin instructor, as I passionately believe in the benefits of cycling for mind and body.

The wear and tear on my body from increased activity led me to pathways of recovery. Having felt the immense benefit of sports massage to recover from an overuse injury I became convinced that training as a sports masseuse would close the circle of my work as a fitness professional.

I want to help people feel the benefits of pushing themselves to their extremes in my classes and provide treatment to prevent injury and improve recovery. Individual programmes are crucial; no two bodies are the same, so my treatments are bespoke for each client’s needs. My aim as a sports masseuse is to give people the ability to revive and thrive, to return to the exercise they love, free from pain and injury.
